Dosch Marshall Real Estate Opens North Texas Division
(October 2, 2019) Dosch Marshall Real Estate announces the opening of its North Texas Division with a new office location in Dallas / Fort Worth. This is Dosch Marshall’s second office location in Texas, the first of which is located in The Galleria / Uptown Park in Houston, Texas.
Trey McGhin recently joined the team at DMRE as Vice President, to lead the Buyer Representative team for the North Texas Division. He will play an integral role in leading the growth and expansion of Dosch Marshall Real Estate’s operations throughout North Texas. Trey is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the transaction process from sourcing opportunities, offers, due diligence and negotiations of the purchase and sale agreement through deal funding.
Prior to joining Dosch Marshall Real Estate, Trey was a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap in the Dallas / Fort Worth area for over 5 years with a primary focus on multi-family transactions. Trey brings a deep understanding of the Dallas / Fort Worth market having sold multi-family, student housing and development land opportunities across the area. He uses his experience to strategically deliver both on-market and off-market opportunities to his clients throughout North Texas.
