Prior to joining DMRE, Brad’s professional background comprises Data Science, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, and Project Management, with industry experience including Retail, Defense, and Aerospace.
He possesses a BBA in Management from the University of North Texas, an MBA from Florida International University, and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from New York University – Stern School of Business.
As Controller at DMRE, Jacob is responsible for the accounting, finance and HR functions of the company. He has 14+ years of real estate experience working with various types of real estate investments. Prior to joining DMRE, Jacob served as VP-Accounting at Finial Group, whose investment strategy focuses on industrial assets; Controller at Colvill Office Properties, which leased office space in class A buildings in Houston; and Financial Reporting Manager at AmREIT, which invested in grocery-anchored retail properties. Jacob began his career as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche, working primarily with banks and other financial services clients.
Jacob graduated from Baylor University with a BBA and Master of Accountancy. In his spare time, he enjoys competing in golf tournaments and doing anything outside with the family.
Jacob and his wife Tamara have one son, Sawyer, and are members of Grace Bible Church in the Heights.
Anne Bryan, Transaction Director at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), is responsible for leading Transaction Management, Listings Management, Client Contact, and Management of Due Diligence during the sale process at the Dallas/Fort Worth Office.
Prior to joining DMRE, Anne worked at Venture Commercial for 4 years where she specialized in land transactions with mixed-use components including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, and site development work. During her time at Venture, Anne worked closely with team members to close over 60 land transactions totaling over 2,000 acres across the DFW metroplex. She considers it a privilege to represent her clients and continuously strives to earn the trust they place in her.
Anne graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a BS in finance and a minor in real estate. As a Florida transplant in the DFW area, Anne loves being a part of the larger Dallas community and having a role in its continued economic development.
In her spare time, Anne enjoys traveling, spending time with family, practicing yoga, and eating out.
Marisol Seegers, Transaction Manager at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), is responsible for providing ongoing support to Buyer and Seller Rep brokerage teams and working alongside the Transaction Director to direct and drive all aspects of the transaction management process from start to finish.
Before joining DMRE, Marisol acquired substantial experience in residential real estate by working at Betenbough Homes, the largest home builder in West Texas, for 7 years. Marisol served hundreds of homebuyers as a New Home Sales Specialist with an outstanding record of referrals due to diligent communication and excellent care throughout the homebuying process. She also performed as a Sales Manager for the Midland Region Sales Team, leading the team to exceed annual goals of approximately 220 home sales a year, resulting in over $95M in total sales and over 95% customer satisfaction.
Marisol Graduated from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Marketing and a Certification in Retailing Studies. With her experience in sales and deep interest in marketing, Marisol understands the importance of building trustworthy relationships and understanding the needs of those she serves to help them achieve their goals.
Marisol speaks fluent Spanish as she is originally from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. She is married and has two sons, so family time is her priority. She enjoys traveling, watching Texas A&M Football, playing with her boys, and entertaining friends and family at home.

Luke Little, Marketing Coordinator at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), produces visually appealing designs for all marketing collateral and communication materials including markups of aerial photography, offering memorandums and proposals—all while maintaining the DMRE brand.
Prior to joining DMRE, Luke worked for a full-service marketing and website design firm creating graphics, copywriting, and executing ad and SEO campaigns for clients across a wide range of industries.
Luke graduated from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) with a B.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications with a minor in General Business and specializations in Visual Design and Sports Marketing.
Mary Pom, Marketing Coordinator at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), produces visually appealing designs for all marketing collateral and communication materials including markups of aerial photography, offering memorandums and proposals—all while maintaining the DMRE brand.
Prior to joining DMRE, Mary worked mainly in the oil and gas industry as a graphic designer for 10 years. She also freelanced and helped small businesses develop their brand identities.
Mary graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts specializing in Communication Design.
In her spare time, Mary enjoys hanging out with her family and dogs, baking, and trying new food.
Jeanine Mouret, Office Manager at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), is responsible for organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures, to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
Prior to joining DMRE, Jeanine was the Administrative Manager for ARA Newmark’s Houston office. Jeanine has spent the better part of her career in Investment Banking and Private Equity in both executive assistant and managerial roles.
Jeanine graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
Jeanine enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with her family and friends at their ranch in West Texas.

Jim spent 34 years with Conoco, Inc. and ConocoPhillips in various staff and management positions in California, Alaska, Texas, Montana and Oklahoma. Jim currently serves as Director of 100x Harvest, Inc.
Jim is actively involved in several ministries that support leaders in the persecuted church, provide training for pastors, and create audio recordings of Scripture in heart languages. He and his wife Holly, have traveled to the Middle East, Africa and Asia on several projects supporting these ministries. Jim graduated from the Master’s Program in 2017, and currently serves on the Board of World Hope Ministry International and The Finishing Fund.
Jim is a graduate of Westmont College and completed studies at the Graduate School of Education at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Jim and his wife live in the Houston area and have seven grown children. They attend Sugar Creek Baptist Church.
