They have built a multi state platform to service client needs and continue to grow the company by hiring future leaders and equipping them to open new markets for the company. The company has quickly become a Texas leader in land transaction volume, closing many high profile development deals across the state. Along with business success the DMRE principals are committed to generously giving back to their local communities and supporting causes they believe in that are active around the world through the nonprofit they started, 100x Harvest.

Tim Dosch, Principal, co-founded Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE) with David Marshall and Tom Dosch in 2017. Since its inception, DMRE has grown by 500% and has established offices in Dallas / Fort Worth and Austin, in addition to the Houston headquarters.

A 20 year veteran of the commercial land business, Tim has led his team to over 450 land transactions totaling over $2.8 Billion in transaction volume and over $21 Billion in new construction added to the Texas economy. DMRE has successfully represented sellers and buyers of all land types including industrial, multifamily, build-to-rent, mixed-use, single-family, office, retail, senior housing, medical, large acreage, self-storage, and hospitality.

Tim’s highly focused approach to the land business has delivered consistent top-of-the-market results for his clients. He has transacted several deals that have been awarded Houston Business Journal deal of the year. The DMRE team has also set dozens of pricing records across Texas markets.

Among his many notable transactions, Tim sold a 6-acre tract of land at the hard corner of W Alabama and Kirby in three separate transactions for a total land price of over $50 Million and a total development capitalization approaching $400 Million. The resulting 40 stories residential luxury high-rise, boutique condo high-rise, and grocery-anchored mixed-use development are some of the finest in Houston. The grocery-anchored mixed-use development won HBJ land deal of the year for 2018. In addition to his over 202 urban Houston transactions, Tim has sold thousands of acres in suburban Houston in more than 248 transactions.

Tim graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Political Science and is a licensed real estate broker.

Tim is married to his wife, Kristen, and has four children, Luke, Savannah, Lydia, and Clara.

David Marshall

David Marshall co-founded Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE) with Tim Dosch and Tom Dosch in 2017.  David specializes in urban redevelopment and suburban land sales for all buyer and seller types.  He oversees all aspects of the transaction process from valuation, pricing strategies, marketing and client contact, due diligence, and negotiations of the purchase and sale agreement through deal funding.  David is also involved in client development.  Over the past seven years, he was involved in more than $2 billion in land transactions.

Prior to co-founding DMRE, David was a Principal of ARA Newmark Land Division and ARA Land Division for nine years.  Before that David worked for a consulting firm where he provided support in corporate real estate consulting services, financial valuation services, tax consulting, depreciation, and cost recovery services.  David has also engaged in due for multiple multi-billion-dollar portfolio acquisitions and dispositions.

David has completed many noteworthy sales around town, of which those to follow are just a few.  David listed 6 acres of land in the Upper Kirby area and sold it off in multiple transactions to: Hanover for high-rise development, a condo developer, and a mixed-use grocery-anchored developer.  David also completed the listing and sale of one of the last available development tracts in Greenway Plaza for a high-rise office building and a full block of Midtown for a mixed-use Whole Foods anchored development.

David obtained a BBA in Finance from Baylor University and is a licensed real estate broker.

David is married to his wife, Donna, and they have three daughters, Lila, Charlie, and Molly.

Tom Dosch

Tom Dosch, Principal, co-founded Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE) with his brother, Tim Dosch, and David Marshall. Tom focuses on running day-to-day operations of DMRE and leads the Dallas/ Fort Worth Office, sourcing and selling land tracts across the market.

Tom focuses on running day-to-day operations of DMRE and leads the Dallas/ Fort Worth Office, sourcing and selling land tracts across the market. Since 2012, Tom has participated in close to $2 billion in land transactions gaining invaluable experience locating on and off-market urban redevelopment and suburban land development opportunities.

Before co-founding DMRE, Tom was a Principal of the ARA Newmark Houston Land Division. While at ARA Newmark, Tom played a key role in growing total production from less than $400 million to more than $1 billion in a three-year period. Prior to joining ARA Newmark, Tom worked in investment banking.

Tom has been involved in several notable transactions across Texas including representing Caydon, Hines, and Brookdale to build high-rises in Houston, TCR in their Purchase of two mid-rise phases of MF land in Austin, CEI in their purchase of 4 MF Development Tracts in Celina, and AHS on their high-rise in Fort Worth. Tom has also represented several of the largest National Developers across the State; Hines in multiple land purchases in Houston and Dallas; Trammel Crow Residential in Austin, Dallas, and Houston; Alliance Residential, Greystar Residential, and Mill Creek Residential on purchase in Dallas and Houston.

Tom graduated with honors in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and is a licensed real estate broker.

Tom is married and has a daughter and two sons.

Tripp Rich

Tripp Rich, Principal at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE). Tripp leads the Central Texas Office, sourcing and selling land tracts across the market. He specializes in urban redevelopment and suburban land opportunities for all developer types in the Austin/San Antonio market.

He specializes in urban redevelopment and suburban land opportunities for all developer types in the Austin/San Antonio market. He also helps consult landowners by providing a clear and accurate path to achieve their goals. Tripp is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the transaction process from sourcing opportunities, offers, due diligence and negotiations of the purchase and sale agreement through deal funding. Tripp connects his clients with on-market and off-market opportunities throughout Texas by utilizing his market knowledge and transaction experience.

Prior to joining DMRE, Tripp was an Investment Analyst at ARA Newmark Houston Land Division. Before his position at ARA Newmark, he focused on Apartment Investment Sales in the Houston area for Marcus & Millichap, and prior to that he interned at Weingarten Realty.

Tripp has been involved in several notable transactions including representing Oden Hughes in assembling 3 off-market tracts for a multi-family wrap development in the North Burnet area of Austin; Endeavor in their purchase of approximately 60 acres to build 3 phases of Multi-Family in East Austin; Hines in their purchase of approximately .8 acres in East Austin to develop a mixed-use office building; Alliance Residential in their purchase of approximately 2 acres to develop a mid-rise in the Heights (Tortilla Factory); Stream in their purchase of approximately 60 acres to develop 400K SF on Industrial near Austin Bergstrom International Airport; Trammell Crow Residential in their purchase of a two-phase mid-rise MF project on East Riverside

Tripp earned a degree in Real Estate Finance and Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.

Tripp’s interests include hunting, golf, soccer, snowboarding, attending concerts and traveling.
