David Claros, Senior Director at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), leads the Industrial Team in the Houston Office. David sources on-market and off-market suburban land and urban redevelopment opportunities for industrial developers across Texas with a focus in the Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Fort Worth, and the Southeast U.S. markets including Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and North and South Carolina. David is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the transaction process from sourcing opportunities, offers, due diligence and negotiations of the purchase and sale agreement through deal funding.
David has been involved in several notable transactions including representing IDI Logistics in assembling two off-market tracts for Class A Distribution development in Grand Prairie and Round Rock; Triten in their purchase of approximately 50 acres collectively to build Class A Distribution in Katy and Northwest Houston; Stream in their purchase of approximately 14 acres in Northwest Houston to develop Class A Distribution; Falcon Development in their purchase of approximately 18 acres to develop Class A Distribution in East Fort Worth; Alliance Industrial in their purchase of approximately 120 acres collectively to develop Class A Distribution in Kyle and Buda, Greystar in their purchase of approximately 47 AC in South Houston for Class A Distribution development.
Prior to joining DMRE, David was a Senior Associate with Caldwell Companies specializing in Industrial Buyer-Tenant Representation. David represented national, regional, and local tenants/buyers in assessing, planning, and executing their real estate strategy in Houston, Southeast Texas, and West Texas. Some notable clients included: QRC Valve Distributors (Cameron – Schlumberger subsidiary), San Martin Distributing, West Atlantic Cargo, TSC Manufacturing and Supply, ISC Building Materials, Mueller Water Conditioning, and Protective Concepts Inc.
Prior to joining Caldwell, David worked with Palm Harbor Homes as the General Manager of the Bryan-College Station Home Center, leading the sales team and training future General Managers to take over Texas Home Center locations.
David graduated with honors in Construction Science from the College of Architecture at Texas A&M University and is a licensed real estate broker in Texas.
David is married with one son and enjoys playing golf, hiking, attending concerts, and traveling.
