DMRE has successfully represented sellers and buyers of all land types including industrial, multifamily, build-to-rent, mixed-use, single-family, office, retail, senior housing, medical, large acreage, self-storage, and hospitality.

Tim’s highly focused approach to the land business has delivered consistent top-of-the-market results for his clients. He has transacted several deals that have been awarded Houston Business Journal deal of the year. The DMRE team has also set dozens of pricing records across Texas markets.
