Tom Dosch, Principal, co-founded Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE) with his brother, Tim Dosch, and David Marshall. With his partners, he has built the leading commercial land brokerage company in the State of Texas, covering the Texas triangle, with offices in Houston, DFW and Austin/San Antonio. Tom is also the co-host of the Texas Land Guys podcast with his brother Tim Dosch where they share an insiders perspective on transacting the biggest commercial land deals shaping the Lone Star State.
Tom focuses on running day-to-day operations of DMRE and leads the Dallas/ Fort Worth Office, sourcing and selling land tracts across the market. Since 2012, Tom has participated in over $5 billion in land transactions gaining invaluable experience locating on and off-market urban redevelopment and suburban land development opportunities. In addition to DMRE, Tom co-founded the non-profit 100X Harvest in 2018. Since its formation, 100X Harvest has given over $8m to other non-profits to fund their impact across the globe. Tom also co-founded Ascent, a land investment platform in 2021 that has invested in land across Texas valued at close to $200m.
Prior to DMRE, Tom was a Principal of the ARA Newmark Houston Land Division. While at ARA Newmark, Tom played a key role in growing total production to more than $1 billion. Prior to joining ARA Newmark, Tom worked in investment banking.
Tom has been involved in several notable land transactions across Texas including representing developers for high-rise: apartment, condo, office, senior housing, and mixed-use developments. Tom’s experience includes selling land for all use types: large mixed-use developments, single-family communities, urban townhome development, garden to high-rise multi-family, hospitality, storage, industrial, and retail developments. Tom has also represented several of the largest National Developers across the State; Hines in multiple land purchases in Houston and Dallas; Trammell Crow Residential in Austin, Dallas, and Houston; Alliance Residential, Greystar Residential, and Mill Creek Residential on purchases in Dallas and Houston.
Tom graduated with honors in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and is a licensed real estate broker.
Tom is married and has five children.

He sources urban and suburban land opportunities for developers in the Dallas/Fort Worth market with a focus in the Multi-family, Build-to-Rent, Industrial, and Single-family sectors. Trey strategically uses his 10 years of real estate experience to deliver both on-market and off-market opportunities to his clients throughout North Texas. With a commitment to growing the firm, Trey consistently delivers on both the transaction side and developing new individuals on the team.
Trey has been involved in several notable transactions across the DFW Metroplex. He has represented JLB Partners on the purchase of land for 360 Units of garden product in Roanoke, DHI Communities on the purchase of 69 acres of Multi-family and Single-Family in Grand Prairie, Alliance Residential on several suburban garden land sites in Prosper, Melissa, and Anna, Crow Holdings on the purchase of land for industrial development in North Fort Worth, and Range Water on their purchase of 625 Units of Multi-family and Townhome-for-Rent in North Fort Worth.
Prior to joining DMRE, Trey was a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for over 5 years with a primary focus on Multi-family transactions. Trey brings a deep understanding of the Dallas/Fort Worth market having sold Multi-family, student housing and development land opportunities across the area.
Originally from Reno, Nevada, Trey graduated from Texas Christian University (TCU) in 2014 earning a degree in Supply Chain Management, a minor in Finance, with an emphasis in Leadership, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.
Trey is married to his wife Nicole, and together they have one daughter named Madeline. Trey’s interests include riding his bicycle, golfing, traveling, spending time with family and watching the Dallas Cowboys.

Ryan Duffie, Director at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), helps lead the Single-Family division in North Texas. He sources suburban land opportunities for developers and home builders in the Dallas / Fort Worth market and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the transaction process from sourcing opportunities, offers, due diligence and negotiations of the purchase and sale agreement through deal funding.
Prior to joining DMRE, Ryan was a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield in Dallas / Fort Worth for over 4 years specializing in urban and suburban land transactions. Ryan brings a deep understanding of the Dallas / Fort Worth market having sold single-family, multi-family, senior living and mixed-use land opportunities in excess of $500 million across the area.
Ryan graduated from Baylor University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.

John has been involved in several notable transactions across the DFW Metroplex. He has represented Woodfield Development for their purchase of 800 Units of wrap product in North Fort Worth, Alpine Start Development on the purchase of 303 Units in Celina, Ascent Investment Partners on investment purchases in McKinney and Anna, and Greystar on the purchase of land for industrial development in Fort Worth. John also represents developers across the metroplex such as Morgan Group, Matrix Equities, JPI, Toll Brothers, and Cores Spaces.
Prior to coming onboard, John interned at DMRE and for the land division at ARA Newmark. John graduated from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University with a degree in Management Consulting and is a licensed real estate broker.

Since 2023, Joey has been involved in transactions representing approximately 3 million square feet of industrial development. Notable transactions include representing Constellation Real Estate Partners in the acquisition of 33.7 acres in Southlake, Texas, for the redevelopment of a 546,440-square-foot business park; representing Alliance Industrial in a 13-acre two-owner assemblage near DFW Airport for a 186,201-square-foot Class A industrial project; and representing Lovett Industrial in the acquisition of a premier 23-acre site in McKinney, for 250,000-square-feet of industrial development.
Prior to joining DMRE, Joey served as an Assistant Service Manager at Sewell Cadillac of Dallas, where he developed a strong foundation in sales and customer service.

Marisol Seegers, Director of Operations at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), provides ongoing support to Buyer and Seller Rep brokerage teams while overseeing the transaction management team and delivering employee experience, recruiting, and community engagement support.
Before joining DMRE, Marisol acquired substantial experience in residential real estate by working at Betenbough Homes, the largest home builder in West Texas, for 7 years. Marisol served hundreds of homebuyers as a New Home Sales Specialist with an outstanding record of referrals due to diligent communication and excellent care throughout the homebuying process. She also performed as a Sales Manager for the Midland Region Sales Team, leading the team to exceed annual goals of approximately 220 home sales a year, resulting in over $95M in total sales and over 95% customer satisfaction.
Marisol Graduated from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Marketing and a Certification in Retailing Studies. With her experience in sales and deep interest in marketing, Marisol understands the importance of building trustworthy relationships and understanding the needs of those she serves to help them achieve their goals.
Marisol speaks fluent Spanish as she is originally from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. She is married and has two sons, so family time is her priority. She enjoys traveling, watching Texas A&M Football, playing with her boys, and entertaining friends and family at home.
