Principal

Tom Dosch

Tom Dosch, Principal, co-founded Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE) with his brother, Tim Dosch, and David Marshall. Tom focuses on running day-to-day operations of DMRE and leads the Dallas/ Fort Worth Office, sourcing and selling land tracts across the market.

Tom Dosch, Principal, co-founded Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE) with his brother, Tim Dosch, and David Marshall. Tom focuses on running day-to-day operations of DMRE and leads the Dallas/ Fort Worth Office, sourcing and selling land tracts across the market. Since 2012, Tom has participated in over $4 billion in land transactions gaining invaluable experience locating on and off-market urban redevelopment and suburban land development opportunities. In addition to DMRE, Tom co-founded the non-profit 100X Harvest in 2018. Since its formation, 100X Harvest has given $6m to other non-profits to fund their impact across the globe. Tom also co-founded Ascent, a land investment platform in 2021 that invests across the Texas Triangle.

Prior to DMRE, Tom was a Principal of the ARA Newmark Houston Land Division. While at ARA Newmark, Tom played a key role in growing total production from less than $400 million to more than $1 billion in a three-year period. Prior to joining ARA Newmark, Tom worked in investment banking.

Tom has been involved in several notable transactions across Texas including representing Caydon, Hines, and Brookdale to build high-rises in Houston, TCR in their Purchase of two mid-rise phases of MF land in Austin, CEI in their purchase of 4 MF Development Tracts in Celina, and ReSIA on their two land purchases for high-rises in downtown Fort Worth. Tom has also represented several of the largest National Developers across the State; Hines in multiple land purchases in Houston and Dallas; Trammel Crow Residential in Austin, Dallas, and Houston; Alliance Residential, Greystar Residential, and Mill Creek Residential on purchase in Dallas and Houston.

Tom graduated with honors in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and is a licensed real estate broker.

Tom is married and has four children.

Senior Director

Trey McGhin

Trey McGhin, Senior Director at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), leads the Dallas/Fort Worth office and oversees the Phoenix office. He sources urban and suburban land opportunities for developers in the Dallas/Fort Worth market with a focus in the Multi-family, Build-to-Rent, Industrial, and Single-family sectors.

Trey McGhin, Senior Director at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), leads the Dallas/Fort Worth office and oversees the Phoenix office. He sources urban and suburban land opportunities for developers in the Dallas/Fort Worth market with a focus in the Multi-family, Build-to-Rent, Industrial, and Single-family sectors. Trey strategically uses his 10 years of real estate experience to deliver both on-market and off-market opportunities to his clients throughout North Texas.  With a commitment to growing the firm, Trey consistently delivers on both the transaction side and developing new individuals on the team.

Trey has been involved in several notable transactions across the DFW Metroplex. He has represented JLB Partners on the purchase of land for 360 Units of garden product in Roanoke, DHI Communities on the purchase of 69 acres of Multi-family and Single-Family in Grand Prairie, Alliance Residential on several suburban garden land sites in Prosper, Melissa, and Anna, Crow Holdings on the purchase of land for industrial development in North Fort Worth, and Range Water on their purchase of 625 Units of Multi-family and Townhome-for-Rent in North Fort Worth.

Prior to joining DMRE, Trey was a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for over 5 years with a primary focus on Multi-family transactions. Trey brings a deep understanding of the Dallas/Fort Worth market having sold Multi-family, student housing and development land opportunities across the area.

Originally from Reno, Nevada, Trey graduated from Texas Christian University (TCU) in 2014 earning a degree in Supply Chain Management, a minor in Finance, with an emphasis in Leadership, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.

Trey is married to his wife Nicole, and together they have one daughter named Madeline.  Trey’s interests include riding his bicycle, golfing, traveling, spending time with family and watching the Dallas Cowboys.

Chief Data Strategist

Brad Blanchard

Brad Blanchard, Chief Data Strategist at Dosch Marshall Real estate (DMRE), leverages analytical tools to monitor organizational performance and develop predictive models which support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining DMRE, Brad’s professional background comprises Data Science, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, and Project Management, with industry experience including Retail, Defense, and Aerospace.
He possesses a BBA in Management from the University of North Texas, an MBA from Florida International University, and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from New York University – Stern School of Business.
Managing Associate

John Dosch

John Dosch, Managing Associate at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), is responsible for sourcing new opportunities in infill and suburban submarkets for the Buyer Representative team across Dallas and Fort Worth.

John Dosch, Managing Associate at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), assists in leading the Dallas-Fort Worth Buyer Representative team.

John has been involved in several notable transactions across the DFW Metroplex. He has represented Woodfield Development for their purchase of 800 Units of wrap product in North Fort Worth, Alpine Start Development on the purchase of 303 Units in Celina, Ascent Investment Partners on investment purchases in McKinney and Anna, and Greystar on the purchase of land for industrial development in Fort Worth. John also represents developers across the metroplex such as Morgan Group, Matrix Equities, JPI, Toll Brothers, and Cores Spaces.

Prior to coming onboard, John interned at DMRE and for the land division at ARA Newmark. John graduated from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University with a degree in Management Consulting and is a licensed real estate broker.

Associate Director

Ryan Duffie

Ryan Duffie, Associate Director at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), helps lead the Single-Family division in North Texas. He sources suburban land opportunities for developers and home builders in the Dallas / Fort Worth market and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the transaction process from sourcing opportunities, offers, due diligence and negotiations of the purchase and sale agreement through deal funding.

Ryan Duffie, an Associate Director at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), helps lead the Single-Family division in North Texas. He sources suburban land opportunities for developers and home builders in the Dallas / Fort Worth market and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the transaction process from sourcing opportunities, offers, due diligence and negotiations of the purchase and sale agreement through deal funding.

Prior to joining DMRE, Ryan was a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield in Dallas / Fort Worth for over 4 years specializing in urban and suburban land transactions. Ryan brings a deep understanding of the Dallas / Fort Worth market having sold single-family, multi-family, senior living and mixed-use land opportunities in excess of $500 million across the area.

Ryan graduated from Baylor University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.

Ryan is married and has three children.

Transaction Director

Anne Bryan

Anne Bryan, Transaction Director at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), leads the Transaction Management Team, overseeing listings, client contacts, and due diligence throughout the sales cycle. Anne also plays a crucial role in shaping DMRE's strategy for developing and implementing internal CRM and Operational systems.

Anne also plays a crucial role in shaping DMRE’s strategy for developing and implementing internal CRM and Operational systems.

Prior to joining DMRE, Anne worked at Venture Commercial for 4 years where she specialized in land transactions with mixed-use components including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, and site development work. Throughout her tenure, she collaborated closely with team members to successfully close over 60 land transactions totaling over 2,000 acres across the DFW metroplex. Anne values the privilege of representing her clients and continuously strives to earn the trust they place in her.

Anne graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Real Estate. As a South Florida transplant to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Anne loves being a part of the larger Dallas community and having a role in its ongoing economic growth. Outside of work, Anne enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her fiancé, and taking long walks along the Katy Trail.

Brandon Kendall

Brandon Kendall, Associate at Dosch Marshal Real Estate (DMRE), is responsible for sourcing new land opportunities across the DFW metroplex. His focus is on land well positioned for Multi-family, Build-to-Rent, and Single-family development.

Brandon Kendall, Associate at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), is responsible for sourcing new land opportunities across the DFW metroplex. His focus is on land well positioned for Multi-family, Build-to-Rent, and Single-family development. He has worked with several well-known national and local development companies and represented them in the pursuit of development tracts across the market. Brandon also has experience working with landowners advising them through the process of hiring DMRE to sell their land tracts through a broad marketing process. Notable listings that Brandon has sourced include 25 acres in McKinney for high-density residential development and over 6 acres off PGBT in Richardson for commercial development.

Prior to joining DMRE, Brandon attended Southern Methodist University where he earned a B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance.

Brandon grew up in Fresno, California with his parents and two younger sisters. His interests include working out, scuba diving, skiing, and spending time with his family.

Landon Holcomb

Landon Holcomb, Associate at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), is responsible for sourcing new land opportunities for Single-Family development and large acreage investment in DFW.

Landon Holcomb, Associate at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), is responsible for sourcing new land opportunities for Single-Family development and large acreage investment in DFW. Landon’s clients include many of the most well-known National residential developers and builders active across the DFW market. Landon has been involved in several transactions across DFW, with one of the most notable being representing a developer on an off-market transaction of 140 acres in the heart of Rockwall, Texas.

Prior to joining DMRE, Landon interned with Matthews Real Estate and Investment Services, specifically with their Multi-family team. Prior to that he worked with the Texas A&M Football team and Miramont Country Club in Bryan, Texas.

Landon grew up in Corsicana, Texas with his parents and one older brother. In his free time Landon enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Joey Tyner

Joey Tyner, Associate at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), is responsible for sourcing new land opportunities for industrial and ISF across North Texas, El Paso, and Laredo.

Joey Tyner, Associate at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), is responsible for sourcing new land opportunities for industrial and ISF across North Texas, El Paso, and Laredo. Joey has had the opportunity to work with several of the most active industrial developers in the Country on the pursuit of land for development. He notably represented Constellation Real Estate Partners in their land acquisition of 33.7-acres in Southlake, Texas for industrial re-development into a 546,330 SF business park, which was one of the largest industrial land deals of 2023 in DFW.

Prior to joining DMRE, Joey worked as an Assistant Service Manager at Sewell Cadillac of Dallas where he gained knowledgeable experience in sales and customer service.

Joey is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he earned a B.S. in Economics with a minor in Business.

He assists in the tracking of development opportunities across the market and manages DMRE’s internal data set which includes resource assets valuable to DMRE’s clients and their evaluation process of new opportunities.

Matt Rudis, Senior Analyst at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), is responsible for sourcing new land opportunities in infill and suburban markets for the DMRE Dallas office. He assists in the tracking of development opportunities across the market and manages DMRE’s internal data set which includes resource assets valuable to DMRE’s clients and their evaluation process of new opportunities. Matt also assists the Team on the seller representation side, working with property owners on the sale of their land through DMRE’s marketing process.

Prior to joining DMRE, Matt attended Sam Houston State University (SHSU) where he graduated with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. During his time at SHSU, Matt played on the baseball team where he helped lead the Bearkats to a Conference title in 2022.

Matt grew up in Madisonville, Texas where he worked and helped manage a cattle ranch with his parents and younger brother. His interests include golfing, hunting/fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

Transaction Manager

Marisol Seegers

Marisol Seegers, Transaction Manager at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), is responsible for providing ongoing support to Buyer and Seller Rep brokerage teams and working alongside the Transaction Director to direct and drive all aspects of the transaction management process from start to finish.

Marisol Seegers, Transaction Manager at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), is responsible for providing ongoing support to Buyer and Seller Rep brokerage teams and working alongside the Transaction Director to direct and drive all aspects of the transaction management process from start to finish.

Before joining DMRE, Marisol acquired substantial experience in residential real estate by working at Betenbough Homes, the largest home builder in West Texas, for 7 years. Marisol served hundreds of homebuyers as a New Home Sales Specialist with an outstanding record of referrals due to diligent communication and excellent care throughout the homebuying process.  She also performed as a Sales Manager for the Midland Region Sales Team, leading the team to exceed annual goals of approximately 220 home sales a year, resulting in over $95M in total sales and over 95% customer satisfaction.

Marisol Graduated from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Marketing and a Certification in Retailing Studies. With her experience in sales and deep interest in marketing, Marisol understands the importance of building trustworthy relationships and understanding the needs of those she serves to help them achieve their goals.

Marisol speaks fluent Spanish as she is originally from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. She is married and has two sons, so family time is her priority. She enjoys traveling, watching Texas A&M Football, playing with her boys, and entertaining friends and family at home.
