Tripp Rich, Principal at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE). Tripp leads the Central Texas Office, sourcing and selling land tracts across the market. He specializes in urban redevelopment and suburban land opportunities for all developer types in the Austin/San Antonio market. He also helps consult landowners by providing a clear and accurate path to achieve their goals. Tripp is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the transaction process from sourcing opportunities, offers, due diligence and negotiations of the purchase and sale agreement through deal funding. Tripp connects his clients with on-market and off-market opportunities throughout Texas by utilizing his market knowledge and transaction experience.
Prior to joining DMRE, Tripp was an Investment Analyst at ARA Newmark Houston Land Division. Before his position at ARA Newmark, he focused on Apartment Investment Sales in the Houston area for Marcus & Millichap, and prior to that he interned at Weingarten Realty.
Tripp has been involved in several notable transactions including representing Oden Hughes in assembling 3 off-market tracts for a multi-family wrap development in the North Burnet area of Austin; Endeavor in their purchase of approximately 60 acres to build 3 phases of Multi-Family in East Austin; Hines in their purchase of approximately .8 acres in East Austin to develop a mixed-use office building; Alliance Residential in their purchase of approximately 2 acres to develop a mid-rise in the Heights (Tortilla Factory); Stream in their purchase of approximately 60 acres to develop 400K SF on Industrial near Austin Bergstrom International Airport; Trammell Crow Residential in their purchase of a two-phase mid-rise MF project on East Riverside
Tripp earned a degree in Real Estate Finance and Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.
Tripp’s interests include hunting, golf, soccer, snowboarding, attending concerts and traveling.

Ryan Parker, Director at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), is responsible for sourcing new opportunities in infill and suburban markets across Austin, San Antonio, throughout central Texas, and the Denver MSA. He connects clients with on-market and off-market development opportunities through consistent research and communication. Together with Tripp Rich, Ryan opened and helps lead the Central Texas Office, which has closed over $500M in land and redevelopment transactions since it opened mid-2019.
Prior to joining DMRE, Ryan was a Loan Officer Assistant with AmCap Mortgage.
A few notable transactions that Ryan has been involved in include covered-land redevelopment opportunities along the North Burnet corridor and at East 6th/Chicon with Endeavor; a 3 tract off-market assemblage at Tech Ridge and I-35 with Presidium; a 15 acre site just north of Alamo Heights with Trammell Crow Residential; a 22 acre off-market assemblage on Hwy 71 in Oak Hill with Morgan Group.
Ryan grew up in Belton, Texas where his parents still reside. They, along with Ryan’s two younger sisters, make up an entire family of Texas A&M Aggies.
Ryan enjoys golfing, fishing, and hunting with his German Shorthaired Pointer, Sam. He graduated with honors in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.

Conner Shepherd, Associate at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE) is responsible for sourcing new opportunities in infill and suburban markets for the Buyer Representative team in Austin, San Antonio, and throughout Central Texas. He also maintains and organizes various databases to help increase productivity and further business strategies.
Prior to joining the team at DMRE, Conner attended Texas Christian University (TCU) where he earned a B.S. in Communication Studies. During his time at TCU, Conner played on the baseball team where he helped lead the Frogs in 2021 to their first Conference title and Conference tournament title in the same year in school history.
Conner grew up in Upland, California with his parents Chaffey and Anne Shepherd, and his two older sisters Katelyn and Lyndsay. Conner also met his fiancée in Upland and they plan to get married in August 2022. His interests include competing in sports, working out, reading, and spending time with his friends and family.
Ty Walsh, Senior Associate at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), is responsible for sourcing new opportunities in infill and suburban markets for the Buyer Representative Team in Austin, San Antonio, and throughout Central Texas. He connects clients with on-market and off-market opportunities through consistent research and communication. He also maintains, organizes, and manages various databases to improve workflow and to further business strategies.
Prior to joining DMRE, Ty worked as a Transaction Analyst at CBRE where he was responsible for co-brokering transactions in over 50 countries. Ty’s diligence and unique analytical mindset allowed him the opportunity to work with international brokers to strategize real estate options for his clients.
Ty graduated from Texas A&M where he earned a B.S. in Agricultural Economics with a focus in Finance and Real Estate. Ty is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.
Ty grew up in Belton, Texas, and enjoys spending his free time on the lake with friends and family. His interests also include playing golf and hockey.
Zack Shepherd, Associate at Dosch Marshall Real Estate is responsible for the sourcing of new opportunities for the Central Texas Buyer Representative Team. Additionally, Zack maintains and organizes various tracking tools and databases to increase success and overall capacity for the Central Texas team.
Prior to joining DMRE, Zack worked for a national construction material distributor servicing large residential builders and commercial contractors.
Zack graduated with a BBA in Marketing from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, where he played four years of NCAA Division II baseball and was a three-time member of the Heartland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
Zack was born and raised in Parker, Texas where is parents and younger sister still reside. He has two younger siblings, one sister, and one brother. After graduation, Zack married his wife, Sabrina, and planted their roots in Leander, TX. Zack enjoys bird hunting with his dog Aurora, listening to live Texas country music, playing golf, and spending weekends on Lake Travis.

Prior to joining DMRE, Luke worked for a full-service marketing and website design firm creating graphics, copywriting, and executing ad and SEO campaigns for clients across a wide range of industries.
Luke graduated from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) with a B.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications with a minor in General Business and specializations in Visual Design and Sports Marketing.
