DMRE’s deal located at North Glenville and East Lookout Drive in Richardson, TX is 12.3 acres of land planned for a dense mixed-use residential development to include multi-family, senior living, and townhomes. The deal is a finalist within the Mixed-Use category.
The judges have made their selections, and the finalists for the Best Real Estate Deals of 2022 are ready to be revealed.
Sixty-five transactions stood out as some of the best of 2022 in North Texas commercial real estate. All deals will be vying for the No. 1. spot in their respective categories – and that’s not to neglect mentioning this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award winner and Deal of the Year recipient.
Lucy Billingsley has been named recipient of this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
Earning the distinction of Lifetime Achievement Award is Lucy Billingsley. Billingsley has dedicated her career to developing office buildings, multifamily, retail and industrial properties, and several large master planned communities, in addition to extensive community involvement and civic engagement. A Dallas native, she founded Billingsley Company alongside her husband, Henry, in 1978. Austin Ranch, Cypress Waters and the Arts Plaza within Dallas’ Arts District are just a handful of the firm’s developments that have made a meaningful impact in the region.

The Deal of the Year, along with the winners for each of the categories, will be announced on the evening of April 27 at the annual Best Real Estate Deals Awards event. Billingsley will also be highlighted at the event.
