Job Description
The Director of Marketing is responsible for growing a consistent, DMRE brand-image by fostering an interactive, client experience that delivers best-in-class content to our clients and audiences across both physical and digital channels. They have experience translating the Voice-of-the-Customer into an actionable marketing strategy, with a proven ability to oversee market research efforts, lead and contribute to content creation, and successfully manage people and projects to deliver quality results in a face-paced environment. The Director of Marketing is an innovative, creative, and solution-oriented member of the DMRE-team, bringing content, people, and tools together to drive impact throughout our business.
This position is based in the Dallas, TX office and will be a member of the Corporate Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Reimagines and establishes an interactive client experience bringing technology, data, and content together in new and innovative ways.
  • Establishes an omni-channel marketing approach delivering a consistent brand-image to DMRE clients across various social media channels and reputable media outlets.
  • Casts a vision for and creates a best-in-class marketing strategy delivering measurable impact and enhancement to the DMRE brand.
  • Leads and grows the marketing team at DMRE by cultivating existing relationships and talent while also recruiting new resources and embedding new processes intended to scale the impact of our digital and print media.
  • Oversees DMRE’s content management system ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of all digital marketing materials.
  • Analyzes and translates marketing information and metrics into actionable intelligence leading to the creation of more targeted marketing collateral.

  • Successful candidates would also have demonstrated through their experience that they have strong communication skills, attention to editorial detail, and can manage their time effectively to deliver timely results.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior exposure to and engagement with email marketing solutions and automations (ex., Mailchimp).
  • Prior use of content relationship management platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or other equivalent platforms.
  • Experience working with design software including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Comfortability with Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Possesses a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business, creative arts, or any other related field.
  • A minimum of 3-years of work experience in a marketing or design-oriented role.
