DMRE is lead by Tim Dosch, David Marshall, and Tom Dosch who combine over 50 years of experience as commercial land brokers and investors. They have built a multi state platform to service client needs and continue to grow the company by hiring future leaders and equipping them to open new markets for the company. One such leader is Tripp Rich, who started with the company as an analyst and 5 years later runs the Central Texas DMRE office as a principal. The company has quickly become a Texas leader in land transaction volume, closing many high profile development deals across the state. Along with business success the three DMRE principals are committed to generously giving back to their local communities and supporting causes they believe in that are active around the world through the nonprofit they started, 100x Harvest.
