Finalists Announced: D CEO’s 2026 Commercial Real Estate Awards
There’s no stopping the momentum that is DFW commercial real estate—as evidenced by the slate of finalists that have been named for D CEO’s 2026 Commercial Real Estate Awards program. After multiple rounds of judging, D CEO editors narrowed hundreds of nominations to 119 finalists across 24 categories.
All finalists will be featured in the April issue of D CEO; winners will be revealed at an invitation-only event on March 26.
The program’s highest individual honor, the Pioneer Award, will be presented this year to Michele Wheeler, president and CEO of Jackson-Shaw, in recognition of her long-standing influence and leadership in the region.
In a special tribute, the Industry Impact Award will honor Colin Fitzgibbons, a much-admired leader whose work left a lasting mark on the industry before he died late last year at age 46.
Additional details on both honors will be announced in the weeks ahead.
Now in its 14th year, D CEO’s Commercial Real Estate Awards program recognizes excellence across a wide range of disciplines, with categories ranging from Best New Office Project and Best Industrial Lease to Commercial Real Estate Executive of the Year. Although many finalists represent the region’s largest and most visible transactions and developments, the program also honors smaller deals and projects whose impact is deeply felt within their industries or communities.
