Becky Hand

Becky Hand, Senior Associate at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), focuses on generating and managing land listings as well as sourcing buyers of all land use types. She specializes in locating urban redevelopment and suburban land opportunities in the Houston market, overseeing all aspects of the transaction process from valuation, pricing strategies, marketing and client contact, due diligence, and negotiations of the purchase and sale agreement through deal funding. She manages a database of available off-market and listed land sites in Houston.

Prior to joining DMRE, Becky was a Transaction Manager with the ARA Newmark Houston Land Division since 2014. Before that, Becky was a Market Analyst at BP, where she was responsible for market research and analysis for the Natural Gas, Power, and NGL markets. Her prior experience includes analysis in Internal Public Markets, Operations, Risk, and Energy Fundamentals.

Becky has been involved in a number of notable transactions including representing: Brookdale in their purchase of approximately 36,000 square feet to develop a high-rise in Rice Village, Lincoln Property Company in acquiring 8 acres in the east Heights for a multi-family development, Allen Harrison in acquiring 7 acres for a multi-family development, and Braun Enterprises in purchasing 1.66 acres in the Washington Corridor area.

Becky graduated from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University with a degree in Finance, specializing in trading, risk, and investments.

Becky is married to her husband, Peter, and her interests include running and hiking.
